These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the products from Ghumtitech LLC (meaning the website and the apps). The app is available on Google Play (Google), iOS (Apple) and windows (Microsoft).

The website Connect2nepal.com is operated by GhumtiTech LLC located at: State of Virginia, United States.

By downloading the apps (Connect2nepal), we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the products of Ghumtitech (website and apps) if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client," “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing the products of Ghumtitech LLC and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company," “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and "Us" refer to our Company. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Unless otherwise stated, Ghumtitech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Ghumtitech LLC. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may contact us at supportme@connect2nepal.com if you require our legal registration.

If you are among the organizations interested in linking to our website, you must notify us by sending an email to supportme@connect2nepal.com. Please include your name, your organization's name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or email address), as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our website, and a list of the URL(s) on our site to which you would like to link. Allow 2-3 weeks for a response.

Our Services:

The services provided by Ghumtitech or its associated apps are bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to upgrade, make changes as needed, and remove the contents from our Products.

Payments and Refunds:

Payments allowed through our apps and the website will be processed through PayPal and through Payezzy (First Data), ensuring a high level of security and privacy. All payments are finalized and non-refundable after the transaction has been processed and delivered to the recipient. However, the stated rule only applies to the Successful transaction and does not imply errors on our side. For example, if your transaction is not successful due to our server’s maintenance or downtime, we will inform you before making the transaction. We provide you with an option of a refund or the re-processing of the transaction.

All refunds will be processed through PayPal/Payezzy and should be received within 7-10 days. No employees or owners from Ghumtitech will have access to your payment information. Please contact us at supportme@connect2nepal.com for any queries regarding refunds.

Shipment / Delivery:

All transactions/orders made through the app, Connect2nepal, are processed within a minute. A confirmation receipt is sent through the text to the recipient and an email is sent to the Sender/buyer. If any delays occur due to the network or are undeliverable, the senders are notified through email and provided with an option if they would like to request a refund (per our refund policy) or proceed with the re-process. The reprocessing is handled by Ghumti Tech itself, and the customer is emailed back with the confirmation receipt.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of our apps from Ghumtitech.
